- This contest requires submission via E-mail. The submission email is:

[ACFC2025 Regular Group] Contestant Nickname (if team submission, please indicate team name) - Song Name - Main Difficulty, Level and (Rating)(e.g.,[ACFC2025 Regular Group] Misaka Rehana - Yuru Fuwa Jukai Girl - FTR 10 (10.5)) The email body needs to include the following content:
- Contestant nickname (individual contestants need to use the E-mail representing their personal main contact information to send this email; participating teams need to use the E-mail representing the entire team to send this email and indicate the team name and all team member nicknames)
- Contestant's Discord ID (if participating as a team, all team members' Discord IDs need to be provided; they should match the Discord account used to join Misaka Castle server)
- The name of the song in the chart pack
- Description of all charts in the chart pack (including difficulty type (
Past/Present/Future/Eternal/Beyond), difficulty level, and the difficulty rating that the contestant/team considers most appropriate under Arcaea official algorithm) - [Attachment] Chart pack packaged in .zip format (detailed format requirements please refer to the Rules and Regulations; size must not exceed 100MB)

- You acknowledge and agree that: the submission is final and cannot be changed; after submission, please wait for a reply from the contest affairs group to confirm whether your submission is compliant and valid (it is expected to reply within 1-3 working days).
- The submission channel opens from Dec 31, 2025 at 09:00 UTC (04:00 EST) to Feb 5, 2026 at 09:00 UTC (04:00 EST).
- If you participate in ACFC2025, you need to join the contest server a.k.a. Arcade-Chan official server
Misaka Castleto receive important contest-related notifications in a timely manner. The contest affairs group is not responsible for any missed important notifications due to failure to join the contest server. - Invalid submissions will be directly returned (a notification email will be sent) and will not count towards the contestant's/team's submission limit.
- If a contestant/team is disqualified (DQ) due to rule violations, all their submissions will be considered invalid submissions, and only a disqualification notification email will be sent.
- Submissions exceeding the submission limit will be directly ignored (no notification email will be sent) and will not be considered valid submissions.
